September 2026 - The Free Dashboard

Free Website Monitor

  • New Website Monitor in every free account: a watch list of up to 30 websites, Google’s Lighthouse test re-run on any of them with one click, and the last 10 results kept per site so you can see scores move over time
  • Works on any public website, so competitors can sit on the same list as your own sites
  • No card and nothing to buy: a free account is all it needs
  • The free tools page now shows which tools are instant and which live in the dashboard, plus what is planned next (scheduled re-checks, score-drop alerts, uptime and SSL expiry checks - planned, no dates)

Two names, clearly

  • The free repo is Amrify Starter: a complete, fast site, Astro 7 and Tailwind CSS 4, not a byte of framework JavaScript
  • The paid boilerplate is Amrify Pro: ten trade templates plus the lead engine, service-area pages, widgets, fleet tooling and Claude Code skills. Same one price, same founding offer - see pricing

August 2026 - One Price. Every Template.

The product model, simplified

  • Amrify is now one product at one price: the complete boilerplate with every niche template included
  • Founding offer announced: $249 one-time for the first 5,000 members ($150 off the $399 list price); the cap is enforced by the checkout system when it opens at launch
  • Ten production niches for launch (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, pressure washing, pest control, garage door, painting)
  • Unlimited sites per license, lifetime updates for every owner
