Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the https://amrify.com website (the “Service”) operated by Amrify LLC (“us,” “we,” or “our”). Amrify is a product of Amrify LLC.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products and Services

Amrify provides:

Free tools and a free account. Instant tools on the Site (such as the Website Grader) that need no account, and a free Amrify account whose dashboard includes the Website Monitor and saved website grades.

Amrify Starter (free): A production-ready website starter built with Astro and Tailwind CSS, published as a public GitHub repository at launch, under its own license (see Section 2).

Amrify Pro (One-Time License Purchase): The complete Amrify boilerplate: a production-ready Astro monorepo built with Astro, SolidJS, and Tailwind CSS, containing the trade website templates, a lead-capture API, service-area page tooling, conversion widgets, fleet tooling, AI skills and instructions, and documentation, with video tutorials filming now. Amrify Pro is a one-time payment with lifetime updates included, and is delivered as access to a private GitHub repository.

2. Licensing

Amrify Pro. When you purchase Amrify Pro, you receive a license to use the boilerplate code for an unlimited number of production sites, for yourself or for your clients. Each purchase is one seat: one named person with access to the private repository. Each additional person who needs repository access needs their own seat.

You may modify the boilerplate code for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the boilerplate source code, in whole or in part, as a template, theme, boilerplate, or starter kit product. You may deliver completed websites built with Amrify Pro to your clients.

Amrify Starter. The Starter is free to use, copy, and modify for your own websites and your clients’ websites, including commercial websites, with no limit on the number of sites. You may not redistribute or sell the Starter itself as a template, theme, boilerplate, or starter kit, whether modified or not. Deploying a website you built with it is not redistribution. The full license text ships with the repository.

2a. Free Tools and Free Account

The free tools and the free account are provided free of charge, subject to fair-use limits published on the Site (for example, the Website Monitor holds up to 30 websites and records up to 2 tests per website every 24 hours, keeping the last 10 results per website). Tests run only when you start them. The tools measure public websites using third-party services such as Google PageSpeed Insights, and we do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, or the results of any test. You may only add websites you are entitled to test as a member of the public. We may change the limits, add tools, or retire tools; we will announce material changes on the Site.

3. Payments and Pricing

Amrify Pro is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges. The Starter, the free tools, and the free account cost nothing. All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time - existing purchases are honored at the price paid, and lifetime updates remain included regardless of later price changes.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. Because a purchase grants access to the complete source code, payments are non-refundable once repository access has been granted. We encourage you to review our documentation and showcase before purchasing.

5. Updates

Lifetime updates are included with your purchase. Updates, including new niche templates and improvements to existing ones, are delivered through the same private repository at no additional charge.

6. Founding List and Pre-Launch

Amrify Pro is currently pre-launch: checkout is not yet open. Joining the founding list or creating a free account does not constitute a purchase. We commit to honoring the published founding price ($249) for founding-list members when checkout opens, subject to the published cap of the first 5,000 purchases; once the cap is reached, the standard price applies. Founding-list members receive access before the general public.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
• Transmit spam, junk mail, or unsolicited promotional material
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the templates to build websites that promote illegal activity

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Amrify LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent. Boilerplate code is licensed, not sold - see Section 2 for licensing terms.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Amrify LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific performance metrics, search engine rankings, or business outcomes from using our templates or services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
