Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the https://amrify.com website (the “Service”) operated by Amrify LLC (“us,” “we,” or “our”). Amrify is a product of Amrify LLC.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products and Services

Amrify provides one product:

The Amrify Boilerplate (One-Time License Purchase): A production-ready Astro monorepo built with Astro, SolidJS, and Tailwind CSS, containing every Amrify niche website template, along with documentation, video tutorials, and an AI setup kit. The boilerplate is a one-time payment with lifetime updates included, and is delivered as access to a private GitHub repository.

2. Boilerplate Licensing

When you purchase the Amrify boilerplate, you receive a license to use the boilerplate code for an unlimited number of production sites, for yourself or for your clients.

You may modify the boilerplate code for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the boilerplate source code, in whole or in part, as a template or boilerplate product. You may deliver completed websites built with the Amrify boilerplate to your clients.

3. Payments and Pricing

The boilerplate is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges. All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time - existing purchases are honored at the price paid, and lifetime updates remain included regardless of later price changes.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. Because a purchase grants access to the complete source code, payments are non-refundable once repository access has been granted. We encourage you to review our documentation and showcase before purchasing.

5. Updates

Lifetime updates are included with your purchase. Updates, including new niche templates and improvements to existing ones, are delivered through the same private repository at no additional charge.

6. Waitlist and Pre-Launch Services

Some services may be offered on a waitlist or pre-launch basis. Joining the founding list does not constitute a purchase. We commit to honoring the published founding price ($249) for founding-list members when checkout opens, subject to the published cap of the first 5,000 purchases; once the cap is reached, the standard price applies. Founding-list members receive access before the general public.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
  • Transmit spam, junk mail, or unsolicited promotional material
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the templates to build websites that promote illegal activity

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Amrify LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent. Boilerplate code is licensed, not sold - see Section 2 for licensing terms.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Amrify LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific performance metrics, search engine rankings, or business outcomes from using our templates or services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
