Privacy Policy

Last update: September 22, 2026

Amrify is a product of Amrify LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit https://amrify.com (the “Site”), use the free tools, create a free account, submit forms, or join our founding list.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Contact forms: Name, email address, phone number, and message content when you submit a contact or inquiry form
  • Founding list signups: Email address when you join the founding list for early access to the product
  • Free account: Your email address, your name if you enter one, and your sign-in identity (an email address and password, or a Google account) when you create an Amrify account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
  • Website Monitor: The website addresses you add to your watch list (up to 30) and the test results we record for each of them (the last 10 per website). These are websites you choose to test; they do not have to be yours.
  • Website Grader: The website address you test. If you enter your email address to have a result saved, we store that email address with the result so it can appear in your dashboard.
  • Purchases (when checkout opens): Name, email address, and payment information, processed by our payment processor (Stripe), when you purchase Amrify Pro. We never see your full card number.
  • Job applications: Name, email address, and any information included in your application when you apply through our careers page

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, we automatically collect:

  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution
  • Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, click patterns, scroll depth
  • Network information: IP address, approximate geographic location, referring URL. The free tools also use your IP address to apply fair-use rate limits.
  • Cookies: Session identifiers and analytics cookies (see Section 5)

2. Analytics Services

We use the following third-party analytics services:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Tracks page views, traffic sources, user journeys, and conversion events. Google may use this data as described in their Privacy Policy.

Microsoft Clarity: Records session replays including mouse movements, clicks, and scrolls to help us understand how users interact with our Site. Clarity does not collect passwords or payment information. Learn more at Clarity’s Terms.

Ahrefs Web Analytics: Anonymous page-view analytics. Ahrefs collects anonymized site usage data. Learn more at Ahrefs’ Privacy Policy.

All analytics scripts are loaded with deferred execution to minimize impact on page load performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and contact form submissions
  • Run the free tools you ask for and, if you have an account, keep your watch list and saved results in your dashboard
  • Process Amrify Pro purchases and grant access to the private GitHub repository
  • Send founding-list updates and early access notifications (only if you opted in)
  • Improve our Site, templates, and services based on usage patterns
  • Monitor and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We may share your information with:

  • Google (sign-in): If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your email address and name and receives the sign-in request. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Google (PageSpeed Insights): The Website Grader and Website Monitor send the website address you test to Google’s PageSpeed Insights service, which loads that public website to measure it.
  • Payment processors: When checkout opens, Stripe will process payments on our behalf. They receive only the information necessary to complete your transaction.
  • Email service providers: We use email services to send founding-list updates and transactional emails.
  • Analytics providers: Google, Microsoft, and Ahrefs receive anonymized usage data as described in Section 2.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Cookies

Our Site uses cookies for:

  • Analytics cookies: GA4 and Clarity place cookies to track sessions and usage patterns. These cookies expire after 2 years (GA4) or at end of session (Clarity).
  • Functional cookies and storage: Theme preference (light/dark mode), and, once you sign in, the session tokens that keep you signed in to your account.

We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The marketing pages and the instant tools work without cookies. Signing in to your free account requires browser storage for your session.

6. Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions: Retained for 2 years, then deleted
  • Founding-list email addresses: Retained until the product launches or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first
  • Account data (profile, watch list, monitor results): Retained while your account exists. You can delete your account from your dashboard at any time, which removes them.
  • Website Grader results saved with an email address: Retained until you ask us to delete them
  • Purchase records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • Analytics data: Retained per each provider’s default retention period (GA4: 14 months, Clarity: 30 days)

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Opt-out: Unsubscribe from founding-list emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or turn off account emails in your dashboard settings
  • Account deletion: Delete your account yourself from the dashboard settings

To exercise any of these rights, contact us or email amrifyllc@gmail.com.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • HTTPS encryption on all pages
  • Static marketing pages; account and tool data is stored in access-controlled cloud databases in the United States
  • Minimal data collection (we only collect what we need)
  • Payment processing through a PCI-compliant provider (when checkout opens)

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Children’s Privacy
