Yes. The Starter template is free under the MIT license. Use it for personal or commercial projects with no restrictions. You handle setup, hosting and your own domain.

The $99 template license means you own the code and run it yourself. A managed plan means we host it, keep it updated, and handle the work for you each month. Many customers do both: buy the license, then add a managed plan so they never touch it.

No. You own the template and your content. Cancel a managed plan and we hand over the code and help you point the domain somewhere else. The subscription pays for us operating the site, not for permission to have one.

Annual billing is 20% off every plan. That is $96 a year on Host, $240 on Manage, $600 on Grow and $1,200 on Scale. Annual Grow and Scale also waive the $499 build fee.

We configure the template for your business, add your services, service areas, photos and contact details, connect the domain and SSL, and launch it. It is waived if you start on an annual Grow or Scale plan.

Grow. Host and Manage keep a site online and current, but Grow is the tier that actively works on getting you found: local SEO, a new page every month, review generation and call tracking.

Yes. Move up or down at any time and the change applies from your next billing period. Your site and content carry over since every plan runs on the same architecture.
