Affiliate Marketing Website Templates

Niche sites win on two numbers: how fast the page paints on a phone and how many pages you can publish before the site slows down. Amrify pre-builds every page to HTML, runs any number of sites from one repo, and hosts them for nothing. The affiliate-specific template lands later as a free update.

About This Service

Built for a Portfolio, Not a Single Site

The typical affiliate stack is WordPress with a review theme, a table plugin, two SEO plugins and a caching plugin to undo what the first four did. It works until the site has 400 posts, at which point the database is the bottleneck and the hosting bill is the second one.

Amrify compiles each post to a static file, so page 400 loads like page 4. One monorepo runs every niche site you own with shared components, and a fix to the comparison table layout reaches all of them on the next build.

Lighthouse 100, Enforced

The CI gate refuses a build under 100 on any of the four Lighthouse categories. Core Web Vitals stop being a project and become a default.

Schema and llms.txt Generated

Article, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList JSON-LD, a sitemap and an llms.txt for the answer engines, all written from frontmatter you already filled in.

Reviews as Text Files

Roundups, single-product reviews and buying guides are posts with tags, categories, author pages and reading time. No block editor between you and publishing.

Static Means Cheap and Unhackable

No database, no admin login, no plugin to patch at 2 am. A folder of HTML on a global network is the whole site.

Free Hosting Per Site

Netlify, Vercel or Cloudflare Pages host each site for free at niche-site traffic. Or push to your own AWS with the bundled deploy.

One License, Every Niche Site

The $249 founding license covers unlimited sites. Spinning up a new niche is the scaffolder plus content, not a new purchase.

Two things help: the affiliate business this site is for and what you want it to do. Anything else is optional.

See the founding offer or the docs whenever you like.

An affiliate site is a publishing business with a thin margin per visitor, which means two costs decide whether it works: what each page costs to serve and what each page costs to publish. Amrify drives both toward zero. Pages are static files that a free host serves from a global network, and a new review is a text file, not a session in a block editor.

The affiliate-specific template, with its own roundup layouts and product-box components, is not among the ten launch templates. Owners receive it as a free update when it is ready. What is in the box today is the publishing system, the multi-site monorepo, and the structured-data plumbing that a niche site lives on.

Speed Is a Ranking Input You Can Stop Paying For

Google folds Core Web Vitals into ranking, and a review site competing for “best budget standing desk” is up against sites that have already fixed theirs. On a plugin-heavy WordPress theme, fixing them is a permanent side project. On Amrify, the CI gate refuses to ship a template that scores below 100 on any Lighthouse category, so the work was done once and stays done.

Check the competition before you take that on faith. The free comparison tool puts your current site next to the two that outrank you for a query, using Google’s own PageSpeed test on a simulated phone. The website grader grades any single URL in about thirty seconds with no account. Both also check structured data, sitemap, robots.txt and whether an llms.txt exists, which are the on-page items the answer engines look for.

Mobile is where the gap is widest. A static HTML page arrives complete in one round trip and paints on a weak cellular signal. A theme that needs its bundle before it can render a star rating does not.

Publishing at Volume

A review is a .md file with frontmatter: title, description, date, tags, category, author, cover image. Save it and the build produces the page, its Open Graph image, its Article JSON-LD, its sitemap entry and its RSS item. A Zod schema checks the frontmatter, so a post missing its description fails the build instead of going live with an empty snippet.

Comparison tables are ordinary table syntax in the post, styled responsively by the shared layouts. When a site outgrows hand-written tables, a products collection with fields for name, rating, pros, cons and the affiliate URL lets you render tables from data, so a price correction updates every page that references that product.

The workflow is git. Draft locally, preview on the dev server, commit, push, and the host rebuilds. A bad edit is one revert. There is no admin panel to brute-force and no database to corrupt, which is worth more on a site nobody logs into for months at a time.

Volume is the point. Each page compiles to its own file, so the 900th post serves exactly as fast as the first. Build time grows with the page count and nothing else.

Running Ten Niche Sites From One Repo

Under the hood, Amrify Pro is one pnpm workspace managed by Turborepo. Layouts, components, schemas and the JSON-LD generators live in shared packages; each niche site is a config directory and a content folder. The new-site scaffolder creates the next one, and the cross-site verifier checks every site in the repo before a deploy. Turborepo caches builds, so a change to one site does not rebuild the other nine.

Hosting is per site and free at niche-site traffic on Netlify, Vercel or Cloudflare Pages. If you would rather own the infrastructure, the bundled AWS S3 and CloudFront deploy pushes to your own account.

Once a portfolio exists, watching it is the next problem. The free website monitor gives an Amrify account a watch list of up to thirty sites with score history: click to re-test, two recorded tests per site per day, last ten results kept. It is on-demand only, with no schedule and no alerts, and those are on the planned list, not promised for a date.

The Price for the Whole Portfolio

There is no per-site fee and no subscription, which matters when the plan is ten niche sites and not one. Founding members (the first 5,000) pay $249 once; after that the price is $399. Unlimited sites, updates for life. Until checkout opens, a free account is what holds the founding price for you. Delivery is access to the private GitHub repo from the dashboard, and a seat is one person with that access.

The free Amrify Starter is the zero-cost way to run one niche site on the same architecture: blog with tags, RSS, JSON-LD, generated OG images, llms.txt, no JavaScript framework, same Lighthouse 100 gate. Free for commercial use, not resellable as a template, public repo at launch. Move to Pro when the second site is worth building.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I add product comparison tables?

Yes. A table in a post is standard text-file syntax and the layouts already style it responsively. For a bigger site, define a products collection with fields for name, rating, pros, cons and the affiliate URL, and render the table from data so one price change updates every page that cites it.

How many pages can I create?

There is no page limit in the license or the build. Each page compiles to its own HTML file, so a 900-page site serves each page exactly as fast as a 9-page one. Build time grows with page count, not with traffic.

Does it work with affiliate networks?

Yes. Links render as ordinary anchor tags with whatever rel attributes you set, so Amazon Associates, ShareASale, CJ, Impact and direct merchant programs behave exactly as they do on any site. There is no JavaScript redirect layer in between.

Can I track conversions?

Yes. GA4, GTM and Microsoft Clarity are config switches, and any other analytics script drops into the head. With no framework hydration competing for the main thread, the tracking script loads on time. Click tracking on affiliate links comes from the network’s own reporting or a small script of your choosing.
