Small Business Website Templates
A page for every town you serve that the build will not ship if it is thin, a form whose submissions reach your inbox and your phone, and a Lighthouse score held at 100 by CI. Ten trade templates ship at launch; the general small-business template follows as a free update to owners.
Built for the Business That Serves a Radius
A bakery, a dog groomer, a tutoring center and a locksmith have the same website problem: customers search with a town name attached, and the site has one page that mentions the town in the footer. The other problem is the contact form that emails an inbox nobody checks from the van.
Amrify Pro fixes both with the local SEO engine and the lead engine, and holds the whole site at Lighthouse 100 in CI. If your trade is one of the ten launch templates, its own page is the better place to start; this page is for everyone else, whose template arrives later as a free update.
Town Pages With a Thin-Content Gate
Your city list becomes service-area and service-in-town pages, and any page with too little content to deserve its URL fails the build.
Schema Google Can Act On
LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList JSON-LD, plus llms.txt, generated from config. Try the free schema generator to see what yours should say.
Phone First
A sticky call bar on small screens and layouts that put the number and the hours above the fold, because that is what a local search is for.
Estimate and Quote Widgets
An estimate calculator and a quote wizard, mounted as islands only on the pages that use them, turn a browse into a request.
Leads on Your Phone, Not in Spam
A submission is emailed, sent to Telegram or SMS, kept in DynamoDB and spam-filtered before you see it. Customers can attach up to four photos of the job.
Edits Are Text Files
Hours, prices and services live in config and content files. No dashboard login, no plugin update, and an agent can make the change for you.
Own Your Small Business Site Outright
No subscription and no per-site fee for your company, or for the ten client sites after it.

Local search has a shape. Someone types what they need and the town they are in, Google shows a map and three businesses, and the phone call goes to whichever of those three has a site that opens instantly and says the right thing about that town. Most small business sites lose that contest on the second condition: one generic page, a town name in the footer, and a form that goes to an inbox checked on Fridays.
Two things to know before the details. Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, pressure washing, pest control, garage door and painting each have a template at launch and their own page on this site; if that is you, start there. For every other local business, the general small-business template ships later as a free update, and what you get now is the engine underneath it, which is most of the value.
What Google Wants From a Local Site
A Google Business Profile, directory listings and your own website all have to agree, and the website is the one you control. Google reads it for three things: does it load fast on a phone, does it confirm the name, address, hours and services in the profile, and does it have a real page for the query the searcher typed.
Speed is measured, and Core Web Vitals feed the ranking. The CI gate holds every Amrify template at 100 on all four Lighthouse audits, so a fast site is the starting point rather than a project you never get to.
Confirmation comes from structured data. Amrify generates LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList JSON-LD from your config, plus an llms.txt for the AI answer engines that now field “who is a good florist in Decatur”. The free local business schema generator shows what that markup should contain for your business; the free website grader tells you whether your current site has any.
The Town Page Problem, Solved at Build Time
“Dog grooming Roswell” and “dog grooming Alpharetta” are different searches against different competitors, and one page cannot rank for both. The honest fix is a real page per town, and the reason almost nobody has them is that writing twelve of them by hand is a month of evenings, and the shortcut of twelve copies with the town name swapped gets a site filtered as spam.
Amrify Pro’s local SEO engine generates service-area and service-in-town pages from your city list, scaffolds each with Census-based facts about the place, and then does the part that matters: a page whose content is too thin for its URL fails the build gate. A content audit reports which pages need more before the site can ship. Adding the thirteenth town is one entry in the list and one more page that has to pass.
From Form to Phone
The lead engine is a serverless API. A submission goes to DynamoDB, out through SES to your inbox, to your phone through Telegram or SMS, and to a webhook if you run a CRM. Spam is filtered before it reaches you and Cloudflare Turnstile is a switch if you want it. Customers can attach up to four photos, which for a locksmith, a groomer or an upholsterer is the difference between a quote and a phone tag.
The widgets close the loop on the page. An estimate calculator and a quote wizard for anything priced by size or scope, a reviews carousel for the reviews you actually have, a before/after gallery, and a sticky call bar on phones. Each is a SolidJS island loaded only where it is used.
Starter, Pro, and What Happens Next
The free Amrify Starter is a complete business site. It ships a home page, services with a detail page each, an about page, a blog with tags, contact, thank-you, privacy and 404, along with six design switches, the JSON-LD, favicon and OG images the build generates, a sitemap, RSS, llms.txt, no JavaScript framework and the same Lighthouse 100 gate. Its contact form posts to Formspree, Basin or your own endpoint. Use it on as many sites as you like, personal or commercial; you just cannot resell it as a template. Public GitHub repo at launch.
Amrify Pro adds the local SEO engine, the lead engine, the widgets, ten trade templates, seventeen docs, four Claude Code skills, and a monorepo for a second location or a sister brand. It is paid once: founding members (the first 5,000) pay $249, everyone after pays $399, sites are unlimited and updates run for life. Checkout opens at launch; until then a free account holds the founding price. Delivery is private GitHub repo access for one seat, and with Claude Code or Cursor doing the typing a first site is roughly an hour of work.
Type your business name into the instant demo to see a template wearing it, then grade one of the live showcase sites and your own with the comparison tool.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a small business website cost?
Amrify Pro is $249 paid once at the founding price, for the first 5,000 members, and $399 afterwards; there is no renewal and the license covers unlimited sites. Hosting the finished site is free on Netlify, Vercel or Cloudflare Pages, so the ongoing cost is the domain. If the budget is zero, the free Starter is a complete site on the same architecture.
Do I need coding experience?
Not to run the site. Hours, services, prices and posts are text files with a short header. A sentence like ‘we now close at 5 on Fridays’ is enough for an agent to work from; bundled instruction files (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md) and four Claude Code skills tell it how this site is put together. Changing a layout is where HTML and CSS begin to matter.
Can I add a blog to my business site?
It is already there. Posts get tags, categories, an author, reading time, a generated social image and Article schema on every build, plus an RSS feed. A local business blog that answers the questions customers phone in about is one of the cheapest sources of search traffic.
How fast will my website load?
Fast enough to pass Google’s simulated-phone Lighthouse run at 100 on all four audits, performance included, because CI will not ship a template that scores lower. Pages are static HTML on a global network, so they paint in the first round trip rather than after a script finishes. Run any showcase site through the free grader to see the number for yourself.
On WordPress now? The WordPress comparison covers the maintenance that disappears and the redirects that protect your rankings. On Wix? Amrify vs Wix is about owning the site instead of renting it.
Hold a founding spot above, or tell us your trade and the towns you serve and we will say plainly whether a launch template covers you. Sole traders without staff may prefer the freelancer page; a charity or church should read nonprofit; a developer building for several local clients should read agency.
