Auto Repair Website Template
The Check-Engine Search Lasts About a Minute
A driver with a dash light on does not browse. They search once, usually from a parking lot, scan the first three results, and call whichever shop answered two questions fastest: what do you fix, and roughly what does it cost. Most independent shop sites answer neither before the page finishes loading.
Amrify Pro gives a shop the pieces to answer both in the first second. Service detail pages carry your own descriptions and starting prices. A sticky call bar keeps the phone number on screen while the driver scrolls. The lead form takes a photo of the warning light along with the year, make, and model, and forwards it to your inbox, your phone, and a database at the same time.
The auto repair template itself, with a shop-specific layout, is not in the launch set. It ships to every Pro owner as a free update. Everything on this page describes what a shop can use the day it gets repo access.
Service Pages With Your Prices
Each repair type gets its own URL and its own starting price, written by you in plain text. Brakes, diagnostics, oil, tires, and A/C rank as separate searches.
Photo-Capable Lead Form
Up to four browser-resized photos per request. Year, make, model, and symptoms arrive in your inbox and on your phone, with a database copy behind them.
Lighthouse 100 on Every Deploy
Static HTML, no JavaScript framework on the page, and a CI gate that fails the build if any of the four Lighthouse scores slips below 100.
City Pages That Refuse Thin Content
Service-area and service-in-city pages scaffolded from Census data, with a build gate that rejects any page too thin to earn a ranking.
Maintenance Blog
Publish 'how often should I change synthetic oil' style posts as plain text. Article schema, tags, RSS, and OG images are generated for you.
Specials As Plain Text
Seasonal offers are content, not a plugin. Edit one file for a winter battery check promo and the page rebuilds with the new copy and expiry.
Pricing for Your Auto Repair Site
Buy it once. Every auto repair site you launch on it afterwards costs nothing more.

Auto repair template ships as a free update - 10 trade templates at launch
- Lead engine: inbox + Telegram/SMS + database, photos, spam filtering
- Service-area page generator with a thin-content build gate
- Estimate calculator, quote wizard, reviews, before/after, sticky call bar
- One seat, unlimited production sites, no subscription

Own It Outright
Never expires, never renews. A auto repair site is one of them.
Nothing to Patch
No admin panel and no database. Your auto repair site stays that way.
Every Future Template
Each new niche ships free to owners. The auto repair template arrives as a free update.
One URL Per Repair, One Price Per Page
Service detail pages are the core of the base build. You write 'Brake pads and rotors - from $189' once, in a text file, and the build produces the page, the Service schema, the breadcrumb trail, and the sitemap entry. A driver searching 'brake repair' lands on the brake page, not a wall of everything you do. Pricing you publish is pricing you control; change the file and the page changes.
A Request That Arrives With the Dash Photo
The Pro lead form is a serverless API, not a plugin. A driver enters year, make, model, what they are hearing or seeing, and a preferred day, then attaches up to four photos resized on their phone before upload. The request is emailed, pushed to Telegram or SMS, written to a database, and can be forwarded by webhook to anything else you run. Spam defenses are built in; Cloudflare Turnstile is optional.
Specials That Expire When You Say So
A spring A/C check or a new-customer oil change offer is a block of content with a price and an end date. No promotion plugin, no designer. The sticky call bar and the form link sit under it, so the offer and the way to claim it are on the same screen.
Ask Anything, Hold a Spot
Your auto repair site starts with a spot on the founding list. The first 5,000 members receive the ten launch trade templates, with the auto repair template arriving as a free update for $249 instead of $399 the day checkout opens.

Say what auto repair site you are launching and how soon. Licensing, seats, hosting and AI-editor questions are all fair game.
Not ready to write? Pricing and the docs answer most questions about an auto repair site. The free website grader will show where your current auto repair site stands.
Auto repair is one of the few trades where the customer is actively worried while they search. The brakes are grinding, the temperature gauge is climbing, or a light they do not recognize has been on for two days. That state of mind punishes slow sites harder than any other. A homeowner comparing fence quotes will wait for a page. A driver on the shoulder of the highway will not.
Before reading further, it is worth knowing where your current site stands. The free website grader runs Google’s own PageSpeed test against your homepage on a simulated phone, checks the title, description, structured data, SSL expiry, robots.txt, and sitemap, and hands back a score in about thirty seconds. No email required. If the performance number comes back in the 30s, the rest of this page will explain why, and what replaces it.
What Amrify Pro Gives a Shop Today
This page is honest about one thing up front: the auto repair template, meaning a shop-specific layout with sample service copy already written, is not one of the ten templates at launch. Those are roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, pressure washing, pest control, garage door, and painting. The auto repair version ships later as a free update to everyone who owns Pro. No date is promised.
What a shop gets on day one is the platform those ten templates are built on, and that platform is most of the value.
Service Detail Pages With Starting Prices
The base build ships a complete site: home, a services index with a detail page per service, about, blog with tags, contact, thank-you, privacy, and a 404. The detail pages are where a shop earns trust. Each one is a plain text file where you write what the job involves, what is included, and a starting price. “Synthetic oil change - from $69, up to 5 quarts, new filter, 21-point inspection” tells a driver more than a paragraph of reassurance ever will.
Because each service is its own URL, Google indexes brakes, diagnostics, transmission, tires, and A/C as separate pages. Service schema is generated from the same file, so you never touch JSON.
The Lead Engine
This is the part of Pro that changes how a shop handles inbound work. The form is backed by a serverless API rather than a plugin. A submission does four things at once: it is emailed to the shop, pushed to your phone through Telegram or SMS, written to a database, and optionally forwarded to a webhook you control. The database copy matters on a Monday morning when thirty emails have buried the one from Sunday night.
Drivers can attach up to four photos. The browser resizes them before upload, so a picture of the dash cluster or a puddle under the car goes through on a weak cell signal. Spam defenses are built in, and Cloudflare Turnstile can be switched on if a bot finds your form. There is also a leads CLI in the fleet tooling for pulling submissions from the command line.
Conversion Widgets
Five SolidJS islands ship with Pro and load only where you place them, so the rest of the page stays plain HTML:
- An estimate calculator, useful on brake or tire pages where a range depends on vehicle class
- A quote wizard for a multi-step request (vehicle, symptom, preferred day) instead of one long form
- A reviews carousel for the Google reviews you already have (no fabricated ratings ship with the product)
- A before/after gallery, which for a shop can hold restoration or bodywork pairs
- A sticky call bar that keeps the phone number and a “Request Service” button pinned on mobile
City Pages With a Gate
Independent shops draw from a ring of suburbs, and the local SEO engine is how you show up in each one. It generates service-area pages and service-in-city pages (“brake repair in Sugar Land”) from a city list scaffolded with Census place data. A build gate fails any page whose content is too thin, which protects you from the doorway-page pattern that gets sites filtered. A content audit script flags near-duplicates before deploy.
What Else Is in the Box
JSON-LD for Organization, WebSite, Service, Article, FAQPage, and BreadcrumbList. Generated favicon and per-page Open Graph images. Sitemap, robots.txt, RSS, llms.txt, and a web manifest. GA4, GTM, and Clarity as optional switches. Six design switches so two shops on the same codebase do not look alike. Astro 7, Tailwind CSS 4, TypeScript, and a CI gate that fails the build if any Lighthouse category drops below 100.
Where a Shop Loses Money on WordPress
The comparison below uses the ranges already common for independent shop sites. The right column is what the base build delivers.
| Typical WordPress shop site | Amrify Pro base build | |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile load | 4-10 seconds | Under 1 second (static HTML) |
| Lighthouse performance | 20-50 | 100, enforced in CI |
| Hosting | $20-50 per month | $0 on Netlify, Vercel, or Cloudflare Pages |
| Forms, SEO, security plugins | $120-350 per year | Included, no plugins to renew |
| Patching | Monthly, or the form breaks | Nothing to patch; no admin panel exists |
| Three-year cost | $1,500-4,000 | $249 once |
| Service schema | Yoast or RankMath | Generated from the service file |
A shop with an average ticket of $400-800 does not need many bounced visitors per week for the slow site to cost more than the fast one. The slow website cost calculator puts your own traffic and ticket size into that math. For the migration itself, the WordPress to Astro guide walks through moving pages and redirects.
Launching the Shop Site
1. Hold the price, then get the repo
Checkout has not opened. Creating a free account reserves the $249 founding price for you (the first 5,000 members pay that; $399 after). When Pro is released, the private GitHub repo appears in your account dashboard. One seat is one person with repo access.
2. Type in the shop
Open site.json and enter the shop name, phone, address, hours, and any ASE or manufacturer certifications you want shown. Write one text file per service with the description and starting price. Add your city list; the scaffolder pulls the Census names for you. Drop in bay photos and the crew shot. If you would rather talk than type, four Claude Code skills and a CLAUDE.md ship in the repo, so “add a transmission service page at $1,800 starting” is a sentence, not a session. The same files work in Cursor or Copilot.
3. Deploy and route the leads
Push to GitHub, connect Netlify, Vercel, or Cloudflare Pages, and the site is live with SSL. The lead API is serverless (DynamoDB and SES) and runs in an AWS account you own, so no third party sits between a driver and your inbox. Point the form’s Telegram or SMS target at the service advisor’s phone. If your shop management software accepts inbound webhooks, point the webhook at it; if not, the database and the leads CLI keep a record either way.
After launch, add the site to the free Website Monitor with your free account. Up to thirty sites fit on its watch list, each with a score history; it re-runs Google’s test on demand and stores the last ten results per site. It is on-demand, not scheduled, and sends no alerts; think of it as a place to check that nobody’s plugin, including your own future edits, quietly dragged the score down.
Who the Base Build Fits Now
A tech opening a first bay. You left the dealership with the skills and none of the marketing. The base build gives you priced service pages, a form that takes photos, and a phone number pinned to the screen, for one payment rather than a $5,000 agency site. Take the ten launch templates as reference for how a finished trade site is structured and write your own service copy.
A general shop adding a specialty. Hybrid battery work, European imports, diesel: each is a service page with its own URL and a starting price that reflects the premium. The city pages let “BMW repair in Pearland” exist as a real page, gated for substance, rather than a keyword stuffed into a footer.
Two or three locations under one owner. The monorepo is designed for this. Each shop is its own site with its own theme, phone, hours, and city list, and a change to the lead form or a new seasonal promo is made once and deployed to all of them. There is no per-site fee.
Alex Crabinsky built the codebase from Alpharetta, Georgia, after ten-plus years of full-stack work, and runs Amrify’s own live sites on it: roofing, TV mounting, glass, exterior cleaning. Those sites are public and you can grade any of them yourself. About the developer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there an auto repair template I can use today?
Not yet as a dedicated shop layout. Amrify Pro launches with ten trade templates (roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, pressure washing, pest control, painting, garage door), and the auto repair template follows as a free update to every owner. What you can use today is everything underneath those templates: the complete site with service detail pages, the lead engine, the service-area page generator, and the five conversion widgets. A shop can build on that now and pick up the auto repair layout when it lands.
How much does an auto repair website cost with Amrify?
Pro is a single payment. The first 5,000 founding members pay $249; after that the price is $399. There is no subscription, no per-site fee, and updates (including the auto repair template) are free for as long as the product exists. Static hosting on Netlify, Vercel, or Cloudflare Pages costs nothing at typical shop traffic. A custom shop site runs $3,000-10,000, and a WordPress build usually costs $1,500-4,000 over three years once hosting and plugins are counted.
Can a driver send a photo of the warning light with their request?
Yes. The Pro lead form accepts up to four photos, resized in the browser before upload so a phone snapshot of the dash or a fluid leak does not take a minute to send on a cell connection. The submission lands in your inbox, pings your phone through Telegram or SMS, and is stored in a database, so nothing is lost if an email gets buried on a busy Monday.
Can I show my service menu with starting prices?
Yes. Every service gets its own detail page, and you write the description and starting price yourself in a plain text file. Oil changes, brake jobs, diagnostics, transmission work, tires, A/C: each becomes a separate URL that Google indexes on its own. The estimate calculator widget can sit on any of those pages if you want a driver to see a ballpark before calling.
How do the city pages work for a shop that pulls from several suburbs?
Pro includes a local SEO engine that generates service-area and service-in-city pages, scaffolded from Census place data so you start with real city names rather than an empty file. When a generated page’s content comes out too thin for its own URL, the build gate refuses to publish it, which keeps ‘brake repair in Katy’ from becoming a doorway page that Google ignores.
Which structured data does the site emit?
The base build generates JSON-LD for Organization, WebSite, Service, Article, FAQPage, and BreadcrumbList from your content and config. It does not emit a shop-specific type today; that is the kind of detail the auto repair template update is for. If you want to check what your current site emits, the free schema generator and the grader both report on it.
How long does it take to launch a shop site on the base build?
Most of the time goes into typing your service list and starting prices, which you already know. With those in hand, a single evening is realistic: clone the private repo, fill in the shop details, write the service pages, add your cities, deploy. Setting up hosting is about half an hour.
I run two shops under different names. Does that cost extra?
No. One seat covers unlimited production sites. The repo is a monorepo, so both shops share one codebase with their own theme, phone number, and city list, and a fix you make once ships to both on the next build.
Does it work with analytics and call tracking?
GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity are supported and off by default. Add the IDs to config and the scripts load deferred so they do not touch the Lighthouse score. Call tracking numbers are just a config value; swap the phone number and every tel: link on the site updates.
