About This Service

Fence Quotes Get Collected Three at a Time

A homeowner standing next to a rotting privacy fence pulls out a phone and starts comparing. Cedar or vinyl. Six feet or four. What the HOA allows. What it costs per linear foot. Then they request three quotes and go with the company that answered the most questions before the site visit.

Amrify Pro gives a fence company the pieces to answer those questions on the first visit: a service detail page per material with your own per-foot pricing, an estimate calculator that turns linear footage into a range, a request form that takes four photos of the yard, and city pages for every suburb you install in. Every page of it is static HTML, and a CI gate holds the whole set at Lighthouse 100.

The fencing template as a finished layout is not among the ten launch trades. It reaches every Pro owner later as a free update. This page describes what a fence company can build on the base now.

Material Pages With Your Per-Foot Pricing

Wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain-link, composite, and iron each get a URL, a range, a lifespan note, and Service schema, written by you in plain text.

Linear-Foot Calculator

The estimate widget uses ranges you set per material. A homeowner enters 180 feet of cedar and sees a figure before they call.

Suburb Pages That Must Earn Their URL

Service-area and material-in-city pages from Census names. A build gate stops thin pages from shipping as doorways.

Lighthouse 100 in CI

No framework on the page, no plugin stack, no database. Performance, accessibility, best practices, and SEO all enforced at 100 per build.

HOA Guides as Content

Per-community rule pages you write, with Article schema and links to the right material page. A growing library, not a plugin.

Leads You Do Not Share

Requests with yard photos go to your email, your phone, and a database in your own AWS account. No aggregator, no per-lead fee.

Own It Outright

Never expires, never renews. A fencing site is one of them.

Nothing to Patch

No admin panel and no database. Your fencing site stays that way.

Every Future Template

Each new niche ships free to owners. The fencing template arrives as a free update.

One Page Per Fence, One Range Per Page

Wood privacy, vinyl, aluminum, chain-link, gates, and repair are each a service detail page in plain text: your installed range per linear foot, lifespan in your climate, maintenance, and where it fits (pool safety, pet containment, privacy). Service schema, breadcrumbs, and the sitemap entry are generated. Google indexes 'vinyl fence installation' and 'gate repair' separately because they are separate pages.

One Page Per Fence, One Range Per Page

From Researcher to Measured Request

A homeowner reading your cedar-versus-vinyl page enters 180 linear feet into the calculator, sees the range you set, and submits the request form with four photos of the yard and a note about the HOA. The request is emailed, pushed to your phone by Telegram or SMS, and written to a database. The research happened on your site, so the quote request comes to you.

From Researcher to Measured Request

Requests That Go Nowhere Else

The lead engine is a serverless API you own, not a form plugin and not a marketplace. Fields are yours to define: material, footage, terrain, HOA. Spam filtering is built in; Turnstile is one more switch. A webhook can forward requests to an estimating tool that accepts one. No aggregator takes a cut, and no competitor gets the same lead.

Hold Your Founding Spot

Your fencing site starts with a spot on the founding list. The first 5,000 members receive the ten launch trade templates, with the fencing template arriving as a free update for $249 instead of $399 the day checkout opens.

Fence companies that buy leads from HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, or Angi pay $30-80 for each one and compete with four other contractors for the same homeowner. The lead is the homeowner’s second or third click; the first was a search. A fence company with a site that ranks in its own suburbs and answers the material and price questions gets that first click, and the request that follows is not shared with anyone.

Building that site is what this page is about. It is also honest about scope: The ten templates in the launch build are roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, painting, pressure washing, pest control and garage door; fencing is not one of them. The fencing template ships later as a free update to every owner, with no date given. What a fence company gets now is the base those templates share, which is most of what a fence site needs.

What You Own Instead of Renting Leads

A page per material, priced by you. The base site ships with a services index and a detail page per service. For a fence company, that is a page each for wood (cedar and pressure-treated pine), vinyl, aluminum, chain-link, composite, and wrought iron, plus gates and repair. Each carries your installed range per linear foot, expected lifespan in your climate, a maintenance note, and where it fits: privacy, pool safety, pet containment. Service schema and breadcrumbs are generated from the same text file.

A calculator that turns footage into a range. The estimate calculator is one of five conversion widgets in Pro. You set the range per material; the homeowner enters linear footage and picks a material; the widget returns a figure. It is a small SolidJS island that loads only where you place it.

A request form with the yard in it. The Pro lead engine is a serverless API in your own AWS account. Define the fields: material preference, estimated footage, terrain, HOA yes or no. The homeowner can attach up to four photos of the yard, resized on the phone before upload. Each request goes four places: your email, your phone (Telegram or SMS), a DynamoDB record and, when your estimating software accepts one, a webhook. Spam defenses are built in and Turnstile is optional. Records can also be pulled from the command line with the bundled leads CLI.

A page per suburb that has to earn its place. The local SEO engine produces two kinds of pages: one per city you serve, and one per material within each city (“vinyl fence installation in Georgetown”). Census place names seed the city list. Before deploy, a content audit flags near-duplicates, and the build gate fails any page without enough substance to justify its URL. That gate is what keeps a twenty-five-suburb site from looking like the doorway networks Google filters.

A gallery of finished lines. The before/after gallery widget takes paired photos with a caption. Images are optimized at build time. A rotting fence and the new cedar line that replaced it is the most persuasive thing a fence site can show.

A phone number that stays on screen. The sticky call bar pins the number and a “Get a Quote” button on mobile, which is where a homeowner standing in the backyard is looking.

HOA Guides Are Content, and Content Ranks

Planned communities regulate fences hard: height limits of four to six feet, no chain-link in front yards, colors matched to the house, setbacks from the property line, and an architectural review board that has to sign off. A homeowner in one of those communities searches for the rules before they search for a contractor.

The base build has no HOA component, and it does not need one. Each community guide is a page or a blog post you write, with Article schema, a per-page Open Graph image, and links to the material page it points at and the city page for that town. Ten community guides become a library that keeps growing, and every reader arrives already living in your service area, already needing a fence, and already looking for someone who knows their board’s process.

Run your current site through the free grader before you decide anything. It uses Google’s own PageSpeed test on a simulated phone, checks structured data, SSL expiry, robots.txt, and the sitemap, and reports in about thirty seconds with no email. Moving existing pages and redirects is covered in the WordPress to Astro guide.

Getting It Live

Hold the founding price. Checkout has not opened. A free account reserves a spot at $249. Once 5,000 members are in, the price becomes $399, and checkout itself enforces the cutoff. The private GitHub repo shows up in your account dashboard at release. One person per seat, one seat per repo access.

Write the fence company in. Config takes the name, phone, address, and hours. Write a material page per fence type with your per-foot numbers and climate notes. Set the calculator ranges. Write the first two or three HOA guides for the communities you install in most. Add your suburbs; the scaffolder starts each from Census data. Load finished-line photos into the gallery. The repo ships four Claude Code skills and a CLAUDE.md, so “add an aluminum pool fence page at $28-40 a foot” is a sentence to an assistant. Cursor and Copilot use the same files.

Deploy and route requests. Put the repo on GitHub, point Netlify, Vercel or Cloudflare Pages at it, and the fence site is serving over SSL. The lead API runs inside your own AWS account, with no third party in the path. Send the Telegram or SMS notification to whoever quotes.

Keep an eye on the score. With your free account, add the site to the Website Monitor, which tracks up to thirty sites, keeps each one’s score history and re-runs Google’s test whenever you click. It is on-demand, not scheduled, and sends no alerts, but it is enough to confirm that the new gallery you added after a busy month did not drag the score down.

Fence Companies This Fits

An installer who wants off the aggregators. Every job won from your own site is a lead you did not buy and did not share. Material pages, a calculator, suburb pages, and a form with yard photos, for one payment.

A company adding composite or ornamental iron. Crews can install it; homeowners do not know why it costs more than pine. A material page that explains lifespan, maintenance, and look, with the calculator range beside it, sells the upgrade before the visit.

A regional company moving into the next metro. Add the towns and the build generates their pages, gated for substance, or stand up a second site under a new brand. One seat, unlimited sites, shared codebase.

Alex Crabinsky, a full-stack developer working out of Alpharetta, Georgia, with over ten years in production web work, built the codebase. Amrify’s own live sites (roofing, TV mounting, glass, exterior cleaning) run on it, and they are public for anyone to grade. About Alex.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the site give a per-linear-foot estimate?

Yes. The estimate calculator widget in Pro takes the ranges you set for each material and returns a figure from the linear footage a homeowner enters. Cedar, pressure-treated pine, vinyl, aluminum, chain-link, and composite each get their own range. It runs as a small island on the pages you choose, so a material page stays static HTML apart from the calculator itself.

Does Amrify have a fencing template right now?

Not as a finished layout. Pro’s launch set is ten trade templates (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, painting, pressure washing, pest control, garage door), and the fencing template follows as a free update to every owner with no date attached. The base beneath those templates is available immediately: a service detail page per material, the calculator, the lead engine, the before/after gallery, and the city page generator with its thin-content gate.

How do quote requests reach me?

Through the Pro lead engine, a serverless API in your own AWS account. A homeowner enters material preference, estimated linear footage, terrain notes, and any HOA requirement, attaches up to four photos of the yard resized on their phone, and submits. You get an email, a Telegram or SMS notification, and a database record; a webhook can pass the request to your estimating tool if it accepts one. Spam filtering is built in, Turnstile is optional, and nobody else sees the lead.

Where does HOA content go?

In pages and posts you write. A guide to a specific community’s fence rules (height limit, approved materials, color, setback, review board process) can be a standalone page or a blog post with Article schema, linked from the material pages and the city page for that town. The base build has no HOA component; it has the page structure and the internal linking to make a library of community guides rank.

What does Pro cost for a fence company?

$249 once for founding members, $399 after the first 5,000. That includes unlimited sites, the lead engine, the local SEO engine, the widgets, and every update for life, the fencing template included. Static hosting on Netlify, Vercel, or Cloudflare Pages is free. Custom fence sites run $2,500-7,500; WordPress with hosting and plugins costs $1,000-3,000 over three years. A single won job usually covers the difference.

Can I get a page for every suburb in my metro?

Every city on your list gets a service-area page, and every material gets its own page inside each city; the list itself starts from Census place names. Pages that come out too thin fail the build, so ‘vinyl fence installation in Georgetown’ has to carry real content about vinyl and Georgetown or the build stops. Twenty-five suburbs become twenty-five pages that can rank, not twenty-five doorways.

Does it include a blog?

Yes. The blog ships with tags, author pages, pagination, RSS, and Article schema. ‘Cedar vs pressure-treated pine in a humid climate’ and ‘how to get HOA approval for a new fence’ are text files that link to the material pages and the calculator. Per-page Open Graph images are generated for sharing.

How long does the first version take?

The material pages and HOA guides are the writing-heavy part. With your per-linear-foot numbers and the rules for the communities you serve most, budget five to seven hours: clone the private repo, fill config, write the material pages, set the calculator ranges, add cities, drop in photos, deploy. Connecting hosting takes about half an hour.

What if I expand into a second metro?

Add the towns and the build generates their pages, or stand up a second site in the monorepo if you want a separate brand. One seat covers unlimited production sites on the shared codebase, and a material guide you improve once ships to both.

Can I track which pages send the leads?

GA4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity are optional switches; when on, they load deferred and the Lighthouse score does not move. Each request also sits in the lead database as its own record for reconciliation.
